Phoenix Cleaning Contracts Ltd was founded in 1973 by Michael Burrows. At the time it was known as First Class Cleaning. Scott took over some years later and changed the name to Phoenix Cleaning Contracts when he made it a limited company. The customer base has increased dramatically to include Councils, universities, academies and many other businesses and primary schools. 

With over 50 years experience in the trade, we are Safecontractor approved and have been providing exceptional window cleaning services to our clients in the South.

Our team of operatives is trained to the highest standards in Health & Safety, First Aid, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, PASMA and IPAF.

With Scott Burrows as Director the team are reactive, professional, reliable and friendly.

The team are DBS checked and fully insured.

Their work methods are sustainable and follow green practices in accordance with the companies Environmental Policy turning good intentions into meaningful practices.

With three vans on the road, our teams comprise of a commercial and residential division.
